(https://www.e-guardian.co.jp/eng/ Minato District, Tokyo, Chief Executive Officer Yasuhisa Takatani; hereinafter "E-Guardian"), has made an announcement on its new service, "Influencer Marketing Support" which will be launched for both the companies which would like to newly expand into and have already developed their business in the Southeast Asian market .on April 12, 2023 (Wednesday).

　E-Guardian Group provides a variety of services such as Internet patrol, customer support, debugging, and vulnerability assessment in order to establish a safe and secure Internet environment. In recent years, E-Guardian Group has been actively expanding its global operations to provide multilingual outsourced services to companies operating in overseas markets. E-Guardian Vietnam aims to provide the same level of quality as Japan but low-cost services including customer support, post monitoring authentication and social media services in Japanese language. In parallel, we have also formed an operational framework for customer support in Chinese/Korean so that we can provide a wide range of services.

　Recently, Southeast Asia, a region with lifestyle and culture similar to Japan, has been experiencing rapid economic growth and is expected to expand its market due to population growth.（*1） The usage rate for Social Media is extremely high in Southeast Asia, with daily usage time is said to be two to four times compared to Japan, and the majority of people use Social Media to gather information when purchasing products.

　In light of this background, E-Guardian Vietnam has decided to begin offering "Influencer Marketing Support" for various businesses aiming to enter the Southeast Asian market, such as games, cross-border e-Commerce, and sales, while utilizing the know-how cultivated in Japan.

　This service provides a wide range of support necessary for influencer marketing, from casting influencers to content checking and reporting, providing a wide range of support for influencer marketing needs in Southeast Asia countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, by collaborating with local companies.
　In addition, we provide a full range of support for business development in the Southeast Asian market, from upstream to downstream, including advertising management, Social Media planning and operation necessary for sales promotion, as well as localization, debugging, and customer support in local languages for each Southeast Asian country. In cooperation with group companies, we will contribute to business development not only throughout Southeast Asia, but also in East Asia, including Japan.
